RECIPE - Vegetable And Goat Cheese Tart JUNE 30, 2009.

 

Chicken and veg

12 x Organic Eggs
150ml x Organic Heavy Cream
100-200g Fresh Goats Curd (Substitute Feta)
1 x Zucchini (diced)
1 x Bunch Asparagus (chopped into 3cm batons)
2 cups x Butternut Pumpkin (Diced 2-3cm)
1 cup x Cherry Tomato
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Tbs Organic Butter

 

 

 

 

Steam Pumpkin till tender leave to cool, heat some butter in a pan sauté the Zuchini leave to cool. Wisk Eggs and Cream Together, grease a baking dish. Combine all ingredients into baking dish, place into a preheated oven 180*C for 25mins. Leave to cool slice into 4, and serve with a nice salad or some steamed veggies.
